About StratResilience
StratResilience exists for a simple reason: organisations in Cyprus need senior technology leadership that is commercially grounded, technically deep, and available without the overhead of a full-time C-suite.
The name is the brief. Strategy without resilience is a presentation. Resilience without strategy is firefighting. We work at the point where both meet - so digital leaders can move with confidence.
The practice is based in Nicosia and built around one principle: advise only what we would be prepared to run.
George Kentas

George Kentas is an IT leader with more than 20 years of progressive experience in Cyprus - from support engineering to infrastructure management and now AI transformation leadership. He has directed enterprise modernisation programmes, designed hybrid cloud and disaster recovery architectures, strengthened security operations, and led digital transformation work that changed core business processes. He holds an MBA from UCLan Cyprus and a BSc in Computer Engineering, and works in Greek and English.

What we do not do
We do not sell hardware or licences for commission. We do not pretend a two-day workshop is a transformation. We do not take work we cannot stand behind. If the better answer is hire internally or keep your current vendor, we will say so.
